2_With the latest equipment, you’re guaranteed great conditions every

Located in the Kanto area, Hunter Mountain Shiobara is able to open as early as November 29th this winter, thanks to its amazing snowmaking machines. This year, they’ve added 24 brand-new automatic snowmakers, bringing the total to 57 machines running at full power! These are set up across 3 kilometers from the mountain top to the base, allowing them to make more snow, and of higher quality, right from the start of the season. With this level of condition management, Hunter Mountain is one of the best in Japan. Their incredible effort and state-of-the-art equipment ensure stable, dry snow conditions all season long!

from Matsuda

At Hantama, you’ll always find consistent snow and perfectly groomed slopes to help you improve. The season starts early, and the spring conditions stay solid, so we’re proud to offer a long, fun season for everyone!

3_Something for everyone! With 12 diverse courses to choose from, you're guaranteed to have a blast!

Not only does Hunter Mountain offer great conditions thanks to the latest machines, but it also has 12 courses that are perfectly balanced for beginners and intermediates. For a warm-up, try the First Quad Lift or the Hunter Quad Lift—both are great for getting in some easy runs on beginner-friendly slopes. Once you're feeling more confident, hop on the gondola to the top. From there, you can enjoy a 3,000m long run from the top to the base with plenty of carving on smooth, perfectly groomed slopes. It’s an awesome feeling! The snow park with moguls, pole runs, and a halfpipe is also super popular, and with such a variety of courses, there's something for everyone—no matter your skill level.

from Matsuda

For the ultimate run, hit the gondola and enjoy carving on Madison Avenue, freestyle and tricks on West Side Street, and banks and park features on Seventh Avenue—all in one go! It's the best way to experience every type of riding in a single run!

4_Kick off your snow adventures with the whole family at the kids' park—it’s the perfect place for a fun snow play debut!

There’s plenty of thoughtful design to make sure kids can have fun safely. The "Kids Park" (¥1,500 for both adults and kids) has its own dedicated sledding hill and a snow escalator, so little ones can enjoy the snow to the fullest. Inside the park, there are bouncy play structures and a free resting area, making it the perfect spot for a first-time snow experience.
This season, a new "SNOW PLAY AREA" has been added in the middle of the slopes. It’s a spacious and peaceful snow play zone, great for families, couples, and even adults who just want to relax. In addition to spaces for snow fun, there are also areas for scenic walks or simply enjoying the winter views—a perfect way to have a special winter moment!

At the ski resort, you’ll find everything from classic ski food to dishes from popular specialty shops, authentic wood-fired pizzas, and quick fast food to satisfy all kinds of cravings.
